An awesome new client was training in my facility yesterday. His name is Frank, and he is a winner. He is going to drop 10 inches off his waist-line and feel and look 15 years younger. But more importantly he is going to age-gracefully, and be a better everything, Father, spouse, golfer, business partner, role model, fisher of men's souls, etc. How exciting.

I know all this is done, I have trained well over 500 people and have seen and heard it all. He is saying and doing the right things. Congrat's Frank!!

Frank reminded me of how awesome it is to unconditionally give. When you let go of the white knuckle grip on money, things, your own needs, you really start to live and evolve into something spectacular.

Yes, I am making 500% more money this year than I ever have before, but I am giving 1000% more money and time away than I ever have.
