I am very proud and excited to announce to you that we have moved our "Life Transformation Center" to 18305 Distinctive Drive, Orland Park, Illinois 60467 (in the south west corner of 183rd and Wolf). At our new location we are better equipped to handle more trainers and more clients. Our new location will serve us well until we open up our 15,000 sq. feet facility by years end. Just as our physical training business is expanding rapidly, so is our online training business. Thanks so much for your patronage and support. For those of you on this list from a far, please bare with me as I have a new web-master and a new system that will take another month to get up and running.

OPPORTUNITIES
What an unbelievable opportunity we have every day. We are so incredibly fortunate to live in a country like the good ole USA. What is unfortunate is that most do not even realize how lucky they are and dwell on the negatives. It is easy to fall into this trap. Just watch the news, listen to your neighbors gossip, or hang around people who settle for mediocrity. Be very careful, you will turn into who you hang around.

Most of you on this list are not average, or else you would not be reading this e-mail. But eve the positive fitness minded individual can unknowingly fall into the trap of mediocrity. We have had so much opportunity around us for so long (we have had it so good for so long) that over time we tend to get used to it. An immigrant that comes to America is twice as likely to become a millionaire as an American because he immediately sees the opportunity compared to where he came from.

In order to be truly fulfilled and to be able to take advantage of all the opportunity around you, you must have real energy and health. Please make it a priority in your life. I am here to tell you that the only way to true energy and health is through exercise. EXERCISE, THE DRUG OF CHOICE!!
