What does going to bed early have to do with our health. On the surface, maybe just the obvious, being well rested (which in and of itself is enough). Especially considering most of us are running around like chickens with our heads cut off, jacked up on caffeine just to get through the day. Go to bed 15 minutes earlier per week, cut the caffeine down, walk first thing in the morning praying or going over goals (personal, relationships, business). Do your thinking out loud, there is power in the spoken word.
There are so many benefits that will come to you from this simple little exercise.

From my experience with over 18,000 hours of on the job training is that most people do not get started on an exercise program because they believe that it needs to be a major change in their life. Depending on my clients personality, this usually is the wrong approach. Changing certain aspects of your "LIFESTYLE" one small step at a time is the smart way, guaranteeing you long term success. It is all about getting momentum. By the way, this is for the rest of your life.
